GUIDELINES FOR
HOW TO FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM
In order for your application to be accepted it is necessary that you complete carefully the following forms and send them back in the original format by priority mail to PadovaFiere:

1. APPLICATION FORM with trade name, requested exhibit space and any eventual required stand construction.

2. BOOKING of FACILITIES & SUPPLIES (electricity, phone, water etc) need to be specified immediately on the forms enclosed with the application folder. If you do not need any of the services, please cross out the related section of the form. Remember that if you chose to have a stand construction, 1 electric connection and 1 kw for each booth is included.

3. CATALOGUE SHEET in which you are asked to precise how you would like your name to be written in the alphabetic Exhibitors Catalogue. Next to the Companies represented you must indicate only the code number corresponding to the respective products.

4. LIST OF PRODUCTS TO BE EXHIBITED please tick the products you will exhibit.

Application Fee and Third Party Civil Liability Insurance
The application fee includes the compulsory Third Party Civil Liability Insurance and damage to property, stipulated by PadovaFiere on behalf of the Exhibitors. Every exhibiting company is therefore insured to the limit of € 5164,57 (see official Price List).

EXHIBITOR'S BADGES AND TICKETS FOR PARKING
They must be picked directly in the Administration Office of the Fair of Padua during the exhibition building-up days.
Additional vehicle passes may be purchased in the Service Hall of PadovaFiere during the exhibition set-up days.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
Application forms must contain an advance sum of 30% of the total due for the area requested, in addition to the total admission fee (cheques can be made payable to PadovaFiere spa, or money transfers can be performed through the following bank:
